YOGA All Levels - Instructor: Mia Tojal
Open to students of all levels, this class draws from a range of yoga traditions including vinyasa, core strength vinyasa, gentle flow and kundalini yoga. Explore the postures and fundamental principles of vinyasa yoga, pranayama (control of breath) and meditation. Set to inspirational tunes, this foundation-building class will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate and intuitive pace. Come to learn, play, and perhaps even break a sweat in a supportive setting. No experience required, just your willingness to try and discover your potential. A yoga mat is required; blocks are optional. Class is in person at Herricks Community Center, Room 113.
