Yoga Instructor: Mia Tojal
Open to students of all levels, this class draws from a range of yoga traditions including vinyasa, core strength vinyasa, and gentle flow. Explore the postures and fundamental principles of vinyasa yoga, pranayama (control of breath) and meditation. This foundation-building class will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate and intuitive pace. Come to learn, play, and perhaps even break a sweat in a supportive setting. No experience required, just your willingness to try and discover your potential. A yoga mat is required; blocks are optional. This class is in person in Roslyn High School's Adult Ed Exercise Room.
